In order to ensure that our healthy and delicate pitaya smoothie packs arrive to you fresh we pack them in an insulated cooler with dry ice. We ship all of our packages via Fedex to arrive at your door in 3 business days or less. We can only guarantee freshness for 80 hours from shipment.

*Please check your tracking information after ordering and make arrangements to be available for delivery, or be able to receive them and place them in the freezer less than 6 hours after they are delivered.

***Due to the fact that Pitaya is a perishable food item, absolutely no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. Freshness is guaranteed for 80 hours after shipping. Most packages will be delivered within 60 and maximum 72 hours of shipment. The 80 hours begin every Tuesday at 4PM PST.
